Selective London area listed below if order before 1:00pm we can deliver on the same day Monday to Saturday. Deliveries will be made between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Order online before 3:30pm, and we will deliver your order for the next day ( No deliveries on Sundays) .
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that day (note must be received before 1:00 p.m. if for same day).
Orders placed to be delivered on a Sunday will be delivered on the prior Saturday. Orders placed to be delivered on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. No timed deliveries Except for wedding and funeral orders.

Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home the flowers/plant is returned to the shop and a delivery note is left informing them that flowers/plant have tried to be delivered and to collect from the shop.
If a neighbor is home we will try and leave the flowers/plant with them providing they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
If the recipient is physically unable to collect their flowers/plant a new delivery date will be arranged with the recipient at Amber Rose earliest convenience.
Our policy is not to leave flowers/plant without a signature unless instructed by sender; this is at senders own risk.
Amber Rose are not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left.
